Shipping policy

Shipping Times

We ship Mondays thru Fridays using USPS.
Orders placed before 6:00 AM each weekday morning will be shipped that business day.
Any orders placed after 6:00 AM will be shipped the next business day. 

 

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We will do our best to help troubleshoot with you, but we cannot control what happens when packages leaves our roasting studio. 

Holidays, severe weather, staff shortage and high package volumes are causing delays in package transit times, please plan accordingly.

Broadcast is small, we are unable to absorb the costs of packages being lost in transit. We cannot refund orders that are marked as delivered with a tracking number.

A claim should be filed here with USPS

 

Address Correction

Please make sure your address is correct
If you realize the address is incorrect before the next shipment time as noted above, please let us know the correct address by emailing: order@broadcastcoffee.com with your order number and updated address.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes. We cannot reship an order placed that was sent to the wrong address.
